For two Pokémon to be compatible to breed, it has to have ANY matching value. This means that if Pokemon #1 has the values 3 and 6, and the second Pokemon has values 6 and 2, they ARE compatible (This was finally corrected 4/09/01, sorry about leaving that mistake there so long). Pokémon marked 'x' can not breed, and Ditto can breed with any pokemon that isn't marked 'x'. I believe that Ditto can NOT breed with itself, but don't hold me to that. Genderless Pokemon (aside from Ditto) can not breed. Maybe someday I'll add the gender percentages to my list, but not right now.
