Ulysse Nardin Jaquemarts Minute Repeater Circus Aventurine New Watch
As one of the earliest manufacturers who fuel the rebirth of the minute repeater watches, Ulysse Nardin was the only one to use Jaquemarts, the inclusion of animated figures, on its minute repeater watches today.
Its new minute repeater creation, the Ulysse Nardin Jaquemarts Minute Repeater Circus Aventurine, recently launched to people. Since the new Circus Minute Repeater unveiled it was regarded as the additional achievement in time-keeping art.
On the genuine aventurine dial there is a richly animated circus scene. Six figures are made of 18ct gold and all of them are hand-carved in, really exquisite.
But what impressed people more is the way the minute repeater system working, when the minute repeater lever is activated, the monkey begins interfering in the ballgame of the clown; this movement indicates the hour chiming. The trainer with the whip reaches out to the tiger, indicating the quarters. The tiger stretches its paw, indicating the minutes. The bear bows in front of the ballet dancer while the chiming mechanism is activated.
Ulysse Nardin Circus Minute Repeater's case is available in 18ct white gold in a limited edition of 30 pieces. Manual wind movement visible through an open back. Sapphire crystals. Leather strap. Water-resistant to 30 meters.
